Overnight Oats


Make breakfast a no-brainer in the morning by prepping this dish the night before! Here’s our favorite one-serving recipe.


½ cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup almond milk
Chia seeds
Peanut butter
Cinnamon or cocoa powder


Stir together all of the ingredients (except the peanut butter) in a mason jar then refrigerate overnight. The next morning, enjoy it with peanut butter (or a crunchy addition) and possible a dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder for breakfast or a midday snack. Just be sure to eat within 24 hours for optimal freshness.
