Crispy Oats

Get the recipe for this simple, easy-to-make snack from one of our expert dietitians.


In a 1 pint mason jar place:
½ cup oatmeal
Dash of cinnamon
Fill with as many freeze dried Crispy Fruit snacks as you’d like!
1 T of sliced almonds

Add 1 cup of boiling water, cover and allow to sit for 10 minutes or mix in 1 cup of yogurt, cover and refrigerate overnight. Or, add 1 cup of water and place in microwave for 3 minutes.
