Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars

 2 cups White whole-wheat flour  
 ¼ cup Collagen peptides protein powder
 1 tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Baking soda
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
 2 Medium ripe bananas, mashed
 15 oz Can of pumpkin puree
 ½ cup honey or maple syrup
 1 Egg
 1 ½ tsp Vanilla
 ¼ cup Milk of choice
 ½ cup Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with nonstick spray.


Mix together all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and stir well.


Pour batter into pan and top with chocolate chips.


Bake for about 25 minutes until bars are cooked through. Let cool for about 15 minutes and slice.


**Bars store well for about 4 days in the fridge in a storage container or wrapped in plastic wrap.
