Tomato salad

Yields4 Servings

 4 tomatoes (medium sized)
 ½ cup fresh basil, sliced
 ½ cup sliced onion
 1 clove garlic, minced
 2 pinches salt
 ¼ cup olive oil, drizzled on
 1 tsp dried oregano

Core tomatoes and then quarter into wedges. Place in a salad bowl.


Add basil through oregano. Toss thoroughly. Add more seasonings such as salt to taste.
